Our shops and storage/godown facilities are maintained as per applicable safety and explosives regulations.
2. Product Enquiry & Order Confirmation
You can browse our products, add your requirements to the cart, and submit an enquiry.
Submitting an enquiry does not mean the order is confirmed.
Our team will contact you through WhatsApp or phone to confirm availability, quantity, price, and delivery details.
We aim to contact customers within 24 hours, subject to operational circumstances.
3. Important Customer Information
We value our customers and respect all applicable legal requirements related to fireworks.
Our website is mainly used to view products and submit enquiries. After receiving your enquiry, our team will contact you and complete the order process as applicable.
We follow the required legal and safety procedures for our business, shops, and storage facilities.
4. Cash on Delivery – No Advance Payment

We do not collect any payment before delivering your products.
No advance payment is required for your order.
Payment will be collected only when the products are delivered/handed over to you.
The final payment amount will be confirmed by our team before delivery.
5. Delivery
We provide delivery to a location near your residence or another convenient location within our delivery reach.
The exact delivery point will be discussed and confirmed with you before delivery.
For apartments and gated communities, delivery may be made at the common area, entrance, security point, or another convenient location within the community.
Delivery timing and location may vary during the Diwali season due to high demand and other practical conditions.
Please provide a correct address and active phone number so our team can coordinate with you.
6. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability.
Product images are for reference and packaging or appearance may vary slightly.
Offers, gift boxes, combo packs, and bulk discounts may change based on availability.
7. Returns & Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once they are processed.
Due to the nature of fireworks, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted.
If any product is damaged during delivery, please inform us immediately and share a photo or video of the damage.
8. Firework Safety
Fireworks must always be used responsibly.
Children must use fireworks only under adult supervision.
Use fireworks only in a safe and open area.
Maintain a safe distance and follow the instructions provided with the product.
Keep water or suitable fire-safety equipment nearby.
Vinayaka Crackers is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or property damage caused by improper use or handling of fireworks.
